Deposit

Direct bookings: As soon as the guest receives an invoice, usually is received by email, a deposit of approx. 30% of the total amount is due.

booking.com: If the credit card details are given when booking, a deposit (for “standard rate”) or the total amount (for “non-refundable”) is due, depending on the rate booked.

Payment of the remaining amount is due upon arrival: Payment can be made by credit card, Girocard (Maestro) or in cash. If debits are not possible, the customer can be refused the check-in.

Cancellation policy

Tenants and landlords have the option of canceling free of charge up to 7 calendar days before the day of arrival. Thereafter, the following percentages apply to the room rate in € (excluding final cleaning) to offset costs:

up to 7 days before arrival 0%

from 6 days before arrival 25%

from 5 days before arrival 50%

from 4 days before arrival 75%

from 3 days before arrival 100%

however, a processing fee of EUR 25 must be paid in any case.

Extra charge

From 22.12. until 04.01. a surcharge of 30% will be added to the room rate.

Arrival and departure

Arrival (Check-In ) is possible at any time from 3 p.m. using the key safe.
Departure (Check-Out) must be done by 10:00 a.m. at the latest.

Prices

Bed linen, towels and small hygiene items (shampoo, shower gel, etc.) are already included in the room rate.

Additional extra services can be booked optionally:

Intermediate cleaning: 15.00 €
Extra bed linen per person: 5.00 €
Extra towel: 2.50 €

Liability

The tenant is fully liable for damage caused to the accommodation during the period of use. If the apartment key is lost, the tenant is liable for 50.00 €.

Breakfast

Breakfast is available in nearby bakeries from around EUR 4.50.

The statutory VAT is already included in all of the amounts mentioned.
