Deposit<\/h4>\n

Direct bookings<\/strong>: As soon as the guest receives an invoice, usually is received by email, a deposit of approx. 30% of the total amount is due.<\/p>\n

booking.com<\/strong>: If the credit card details are given when booking, a deposit (for “standard rate”) or the total amount (for “non-refundable”) is due, depending on the rate booked.<\/p>\n

Payment of the remaining amount is due upon arrival: Payment can be made by credit card, Girocard (Maestro) or in cash. If debits are not possible, the customer can be refused the check-in.<\/p>\n

Cancellation policy<\/h4>\n

Tenants and landlords have the option of canceling free of charge up to 7 calendar days before the day of arrival. Thereafter, the following percentages apply to the room rate in \u20ac (excluding final cleaning) to offset costs:<\/p>\n

up to 7 days before arrival 0%<\/strong><\/p>\n

from 6 days before arrival 25%<\/strong><\/p>\n

from 5 days before arrival 50%<\/strong><\/p>\n

from 4 days before arrival 75%<\/strong><\/p>\n

from 3 days before arrival 100%
<\/strong><\/p>\n

however, a processing fee of EUR 25 must be paid in any case.<\/p>\n

Extra charge<\/h4>\n

From 22.12. until 04.01. a surcharge of 30% will be added to the room rate.<\/p>\n

Arrival and departure<\/h4>\n

Arrival (Check-In ) is possible at any time from 3 p.m. using the key safe.
Departure (Check-Out) must be done by 10:00 a.m. at the latest.<\/p>\n

Prices<\/h4>\n

Bed linen, towels and small hygiene items (shampoo, shower gel, etc.) are already included in the room rate.<\/p>\n

Additional extra services can be booked optionally:<\/b><\/p>\n

Intermediate cleaning: 15.00 \u20ac
Extra bed linen per person: 5.00 \u20ac
Extra towel: 2.50 \u20ac<\/p>\n

Liability<\/h4>\n

The tenant is fully liable for damage caused to the accommodation during the period of use. If the apartment key is lost, the tenant is liable for 50.00 \u20ac.<\/p>\n

Breakfast<\/h4>\n

Breakfast is available in nearby bakeries from around EUR 4.50.<\/p>\n
